Key Responsibilities

1. Margin Optimization (60%):

   Aggressively negotiate with international DMCs to achieve a minimum

   15% cost saving

   on the land package price compared to market aggregator rates (e.g., TBO).

2. Supplier Vetting:

   Execute and refine the

   3-Tier

   Vetting System to onboard verified, high-quality DMCs (Vietnam, Bali, Thailand focus).

3. High-Value Sales:

   Convert qualified inbound leads into high-margin bespoke holiday bookings (

   ₹1L+

   average package value).

4. Crisis Management:

   Own all operational issues (rate changes, peak season shifts) and ensure seamless client communication to protect brand trust.

• 2-4 years of experience in Travel Operations, DMC Management, B2C/B2B Travel Sales, or Wholesale Travel.
• Proven negotiation skills and a strong, confident communication style.
• Meticulous attention to detail and process, with high proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
• A desire to build a scalable product, not just run a service.

Compensation

Total Target CTC: 5,40,000 – ₹6,30,000 per annum (Fixed Base + Aggressive Variable Commission). The Majority of your upside is High-Variable Commission linked to margin improvement and sales volume.
