Job Description

We re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be a trusted partner to our Sales and GTM teams. You ll leverage Salesforce and sales tool expertise to streamline processes, improve forecasting, and drive rep productivity. This role blends hands-on systems work with strategic problem-solving to support growth at scale.
What You ll Do
  • Serve as Salesforce subject matter expert; maintain data integrity across GTM systems. Support quoting, amendments, and transactional processes in Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and policy alignment.
  • Partner with GTM teams to build and manage Salesforce processes, including updates and configurations. Identify operational bottlenecks and support implementing scalable solutions.
  • Partner Portal support: handle password resets and access troubleshooting; provision, update, and deprovision partner users in SFDC with correct profiles/ permissions.
  • New partner onboarding : coordinate registrations; collect, validate , and store required docs (authorization letters, manufacturer s certificates); maintain accurate partner account/contact data, status, and access flags in line with policy
  • Assist in m anag ing project boards, task prioritization, and track ing progress on project initiative s .
  • Assist in d ocument ing business requirements, workflows, best practices, and training materials . Support testing, validation, and rollout of system and process changes.
  • Coordinate onboarding and training for new sales hires on tools and processes.
  • Perform other operations related duties as needed to support business priorities.
What You ve Done
  • 5+ years in Sales Operations or related GTM operations role.
  • Maintained clear documentation, reporting, and process tracking to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Delivered process improvements and insights that enhance sales efficiency, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity.
Who You Are
  • Salesforce power user; admin certification preferred. Familiarity with CPQ, Partner Community, Clari and sales tools a plus.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to understand the why behind processes and data. Open to feedback, and adaptable in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
