As a Sales Officer / Area Sales Manager in the Dairy Division at Health Bridge Agro Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in HoReCa and B2B segments across designated territories. Health Bridge Agro Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing dairy and food processing company that specializes in high-quality Cheese, Ghee, Butter, Paneer, SMP, WMS, Frozen Foods, and Ready-to-Eat Products. With a focus on serving HoReCa, institutional, and B2B markets, we strive to combine traditional dairy expertise with modern innovation and global standards. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding new distributors, HoReCa clients, and B2B partners, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, building and managing relationships with chefs, hotel purchase managers, and institutional buyers, conducting market visits and competitor analysis, ensuring product availability and visibility in the assigned region, as well as coordinating with internal supply chain and marketing teams. We are looking for dynamic individuals with 4-10 years of experience in Dairy/Food Service Sales, preferably in the HoReCa or B2B segment. Strong local market knowledge in one or more of the specified locations is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and adept at relationship management. The salary range for this position is between 35,000 to 60,000 per month, depending on experience, region, and designation.
