Role: We are hiring dynamic and target-driven Sales Officers (SO) and Area Sales Managers (ASM) to expand our footprint in the HoReCa and B2B segments across assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and onboard new distributors, HoReCa clients, and B2B partners. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Build and manage relationships with chefs, hotel purchase managers, institutional buyers, etc. • Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and report trends. • Ensure product availability and visibility in the assigned region. • Coordinate with internal supply chain and marketing teams. Desired Candidate Profile: • Experience: 4–10 years Dairy/Food Service Sales (HoReCa or B2B segment preferred). • Strong local market knowledge in one or more of the mentioned locations. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and good at relationship management.
