New Initiatives: Process/ People / Product/ Training & Hand holding the team Deliver , Advances growth, by managing disbursement as per Business Plan, Product mix and WIRR Build a high Quality Loan portfolio Track and Ensure Repayments of the Loan disbursed Maintain Manage & Deliver SO Productivity Enable sales team to high performance and be a team player To Build and Nurture team & enable them to achieve high performance Manage Administrative smooth functioning of the branch Develop more channels for sourcing business in USED CV penetration by building strong relationship with dealership. PDD tracking for loan disbursed Monitor and manager manpower at branch as per capacity Ensure good quality loan portfolio by closely following up on the first 12 months repayments Manage and monitor the portfolio quality and follow up with ED cases for timely resolution Ensure First time Right [FTR] for all the cases sourced with NIL queries & disbursement without any queries at CPC Portfolio Quality
