Sales Officer ( Sitamarhi )

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our FMCG team. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing retail channels, building strong distributor relationships, and ensuring product visibility across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach.
• Manage distributor and retailer relationships to ensure smooth product supply.
• Increase product visibility and availability in general trade & modern trade outlets.
• Conduct regular market visits to track competition, stock status, and display standards.
• Execute promotional activities, schemes, and product launches.
• Monitor distributor performance, stock movement, and outstanding payments.
• Prepare daily sales reports (DSR) and submit market feedback to the manager.
• Ensure proper merchandising and shelf placement for maximum impact.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of FMCG market and retail network
• Ability to build strong customer relationships
• Basic understanding of sales analytics & reporting
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and ready for fieldwork
• Proficiency in MS Excel & basic sales tools

Key Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG field sales (preferred)
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory)
• Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
• Strong understanding of GT/MT channels

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
