Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Patna. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and generating leads, managing sales operations, and fostering customer relationships. The role also involves conducting client meetings, building and maintaining a strong network with channel sales partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Customer Service and ability to ensure client satisfaction
• Proficiency in Lead Generation and networking to identify and acquire potential clients
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Proven experience in Sales Operations, managing sales activities, and achieving targets
• Familiarity with Channel Sales and maintaining distributor relationships is essential
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the chemical or life sciences industry is an advantage
