Job Description

Responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing client relationships while supporting the development of entry-level sales staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategies focusing on both revenue generation and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand customer needs.
  • Arrange and conduct meetings with prospective clients to promote products and services.
  • Present company offerings in a way that addresses or anticipates client objectives.
  • Prepare and manage sales contracts in compliance with legal and organizational guidelines.

  • Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support to clients.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Mentor and train entry-level staff to develop them into skilled sales professionals.
