We are looking for a dynamic Sales Officer with an engineering background and 2-5 years of experience in selling software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to connect with senior professionals and a proven track record of managing end-to-end sales cyclesfrom initial pitching to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities - - - - - - - Own and drive the end-to-end sales process for inbound leads. Conduct initial discovery calls, understand customer pain points, and position our solution effectively. Deliver compelling product demos tailored to customer needs. Prepare and send proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Collaborate with internal teams (product, customer success) to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales updates. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Desired Skills & Qualifications - - - - - Engineering degree with 2-5 years of experience in B2B software sales. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical product details and articulate value propositions clearly. Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Prior experience in fintech, logistics, or trade-tech is a plus.
