About Company:- Prefinn is a Finance & Fintech Solution firm ventured by experienced Banking professionals having significant expertise in the areas of Digital Lending, Financial Inclusion, Fintech Products & Services. About Role:- This is a full-time Sales Officer role located in Gurgaon. The Sales Officer will be responsible for lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales. Responsibilities - Will be responsible to manage sales of Home Loans and Loan against Property in given region. - To onboard Real estate and other Independent Business Owners (IBOs) on Prefinn Platform - To generate Loan leads through different channels like Agents/IBOs to meet the targets set forth by the company - To Train, Motivate & Mentor the team of agents/IBO's and generate more business through them - Handle End-to-End loan process from Lead generation till lead disbursement - To Build relationship with Channel partners and motivate them to source more leads - To ensure the monthly and quarterly targets are met - Do marketing campaigns like canopy setup in the designated area or real estate project to source leads Qualifications Any Graduate Minimum 1 year experience in Home and LAP loan Lead generation Show more Show less
