About Role:- This is a full-time Sales Officer role located in Gurgaon. The Sales Officer will be responsible for lead generation, communication, sales operations, and channel sales. Location: Gurgaon Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales (preferably in home loans or MSME loans) Qualification: Any Graduation Salary: Best in Industry (with performance-based incentives) Role Overview The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth for Home Loan and MSME Loan products in Gurgaon by onboarding new real estate agents, sourcing leads through multiple channels, and managing the entire sales process from loan origination to disbursement. Key Responsibilities Onboard and develop relationships with new real estate agents and channel partners to expand the sourcing network Source lead for home loans and MSME loans through open market activities, digital campaigns, referrals, and partnerships Manage the sales funnel from lead generation, customer engagement, documentation, to loan origination and final disbursement Negotiate terms with clients and ensure timely closure of deals Monitor and achieve sales targets through effective planning and execution. Prepare and maintain MIS reports for management, tracking performance and pipeline status Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines throughout the loan process. Implement procedures to prevent fraud and ensure high standards of customer service Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Graduation in any discipline (mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in home loans, MSME loans, or financial services Strong network-building and relationship management skills, especially with real estate agents and channel partners. Proven ability to source and close leads through various channels. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MIS reporting.
