Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive regional and product-wise target achievement by implementing company strategies.
  • Ensure business growth as per defined objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competition, and brand performance.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and stockists.
  • Manage distributor inventory and collections.
  • Recruit, train, and develop the sales team; conduct regular joint fieldwork.
  • Lead Non-Food/OTC sales and marketing efforts, including retailer engagement.
  • Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets across assigned HQs.
  • Track sales performance, analyze data, and report to regional leadership.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network.
  • Guide, motivate, and develop the sales team to drive consistent revenue growth.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Previous experience in Modern Trade is must.
  • At least 2 year of experience.
  • Must be open to manage both Bihar & Jharkhand region.
