Sales Officer (MT)

The primary responsibility of this role is to effectively manage market functions, which includes territory planning, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities, engaging with distributors, managing trade spends, and ensuring in-store visibility and execution according to MARS standards. You will play a crucial role in optimizing coverage, infrastructure, visibility, and service levels in your designated territory. In addition to market functions, you will also be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Field Sales Associates (FSAs). Your role will involve coaching FSAs on the Mars Sales & Distribution system, driving performance through selling tools and incentive programs, and implementing structured training interventions to enhance the productivity of the FSA team. Recruiting FSAs with targeted profiles within specified timelines will also be a key focus area. Furthermore, the position requires efficient administration skills to ensure timely submission of trade and distributor-related paperwork, coordination with CFAs and Distributors to adhere to the PDP and delivery schedules, and overall operational effectiveness.
