Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Officer located in New Delhi. The Sales Officer will be responsible for daily interactions with customers, generating leads, managing sales operations, and channel sales activities. This role requires excellent communication skills, exceptional customer service capabilities, and the ability to work collaboratively to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Communication skills
Lead Generation capabilities
Experience in Sales Operations and Channel Sales
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
Prior experience in the financial services industry is an advantage
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
