Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Target Achievement
:

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Drive primary and secondary sales growth.

Market Coverage
:

Ensure effective distribution and coverage in the assigned area by managing the network of distributors and retailers.
Increase width and depth of distribution for Mamaearth products.

Distributor Management
:

Appoint and manage distributors to ensure seamless product availability.
Monitor distributor performance and ensure timely stock replenishment.

Retailer Engagement
:

Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers to promote product visibility and sales.
Conduct regular visits to retailers and address their concerns effectively.

Promotions and Visibility
:

Execute trade promotions and schemes in alignment with company guidelines.
Ensure product visibility through proper merchandising and placement at retail outlets.

Market Insights
:

Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Share actionable insights with the sales team and management.

Team Collaboration
:

Work closely with the Area Sales Manager and marketing team to achieve business objectives.
Train and motivate distributor sales teams to ensure high productivity.

Reporting and Analysis
:

Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports, stock updates, and market feedback.
Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and address challenges.
