Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Vapi. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales operations, managing channel sales, and generating leads. Key day-to-day tasks include handling customer service inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve sales targets and enhance the customer experience. The role demands a strategic approach to identifying opportunities and executing sales plans effectively to drive business growth in the region.

Qualifications

Customer Service and Lead Generation skills to build and maintain a strong client network and identify new business opportunities.
Proficiency in Sales Operations and Channel Sales to efficiently manage sales processes, partnerships, and distribution strategies.
Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently as well as in team-oriented environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in the paints or construction materials industry is a plus.
