About the RoleThe Sales Officer – Home Loan will be responsible for acquiring new home loan customers through field visits, managing relationships with local builders, channel partners, and customers, and ensuring smooth loan processing. This is a field-based sales role ideal for individuals passionate about financial services and customer engagement.
Candidate EligibilityMinimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales (any field) preferred.
Candidates with home loan / mortgage / housing finance experience will be prioritized.
Freshers interested in starting a sales career in the financial domain may also apply.
Basic understanding of financial products, customer handling, and documentation.
Must be willing to travel locally within assigned geography.
Salary💰 ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & current CTC)

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Business DevelopmentConduct lane-to-lane / area mapping to identify new customer prospects.
Generate leads from builders, agents, customer references, and open market activities.
Share daily updates with the reporting manager on new leads and progress status.
2. Relationship ManagementMaintain relationships with existing and new channel partners (builders, DSAs, agents).
Engage with customers to understand housing finance needs and recommend suitable products.
Deliver a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
3. Sales Execution & DocumentationAssist customers in completing application forms and collecting required documentation.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintain timely submission of all loan files.
Follow up with internal teams (credit, ops, disbursement) for timely loan approval and disbursal.
4. Reporting & ComplianceMaintain daily activity logs and sales trackers as per prescribed formats.
Participate in daily team meetings / huddles and share progress updates.
Ensure compliance with all sales policies, documentation standards, and ethical guidelines.
5. Channel Partner DevelopmentIdentify potential channel partners and onboard them to expand lead sources.
Provide training and updates to partners regarding product offerings and incentives.
Key Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confident and motivated with a target-driven attitude.
Basic understanding of home loan documentation and KYC norms.
Local language proficiency is mandatory; English or Hindi will be an added advantage.
Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple client interactions daily.
