Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Officer/Executive in General Trade at Nestle, you will be responsible for being the custodian of Nestle's business in the assigned territory. Your main duties will include ensuring product availability at all relevant channels, planning and achieving monthly/yearly targets, maintaining and enhancing trade relations, managing distribution and secondary sales force setup, and collaborating with other functions to achieve overall sales objectives. You will also be accountable for implementing trade and consumer activations, merchandising programs, and providing timely feedback on activities as per guidelines. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in setting and monitoring targets for distributors, ensuring product availability, handling distributor compliance, and developing strong business relationships with distributors, trade, and key accounts. Your control, training, and communication skills will be essential in conducting performance evaluations, providing market intelligence reports, training the secondary sales force, and optimizing expenditure effectively.
