Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, analyzing customer needs, competitor research, providing after-sales support, and accurately reporting sales activities to management. Essential qualifications typically include proven sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, a valid driver's license, and proficiency with CRM software.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.

Client Engagement:

Meet with potential and existing clients in their locations to understand their needs and present suitable products or services.

Product Demonstrations:

Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to highlight benefits and value.

Negotiation & Closing:

Negotiate sales terms, pricing, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by providing excellent service and consistent follow-up.

Market Monitoring:

Keep informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.

Reporting & Administration:

Prepare and submit sales activity reports, maintain accurate customer databases, and manage sales forecasts.

After-Sales Support:

Provide post-sale support, address customer inquiries, and resolve any complaints.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Sales & Negotiation:

Proven ability in sales techniques and strong negotiation skills to close deals. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Customer Focus:

Ability to understand customer needs and build strong relationships.

Self-Motivation:

A highly motivated and goal-oriented individual with a proactive approach.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Logistical Skills:

A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients.

Analytical Skills:

The ability to conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform strategies.
