MEGA WALK - IN - INTERVIEW with ARQONZ Solutions for Sales Officer Role
- Generate sales from retailers, dealers, and distributors in assigned zones.
- Visit construction sites, hardware stores, and channel partners regularly. - Promote and sell products like paints, cement, pipes, and related materials. - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business. - Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and expand market reach. - Collect market intelligence on pricing, competitor products, and new projects.- Manage and grow retail/dealer network across assigned Chennai zones. - Drive sales for construction-related products (paints, cement, pipes, etc.). - Conduct regular market visits, identify new business opportunities.
- Any graduate (preferred); MBA/PGDM is an advantage.
- 1 - 7years of field sales experience in construction-related products. - Strong knowledge of local market and geography. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.
