Achieve overall sales and business target (focused category / SKUs, stock availability, fill rate, share of shelf, listing Vs linking etc.)
-Ensure adherence to PJPs - self and promoters/merchandisers for effective coverage as per the norms
-Drive implementation of schemes & initiatives across the MT channel within territory along with effective implementation of visibility and merchandising as per plan
-Distributor management and instore execution excellence (inventory management , saleable and nonsaleable stocks, damages, expiries etc.) for the area
-Ensure timely servicing of POs as per SLAs in coordination with the Commercial Officer
