Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team at our car dealership. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in New Car Sales and Lead Generation and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills. You will play a key role in driving sales, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving dealership targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new car sales by generating and following up on leads, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable vehicle options.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations, including test drives, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of automobile features, finance options, insurance, registration processes, and other allied services to effectively educate customers.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams including RTO in-charge for registration formalities and delivery in-charge for pre-delivery procedures.
• Accurately prepare and maintain customer profile cards, document sales activities, and update CRM systems.
• Participate actively in product and competition training sessions to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns within the city to boost brand visibility, generate leads, and expand customer reach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
