Sales Officer CCTV

As a Sales Manager for Vicom Techsmart Pvt Ltd (Brand: Noorio) in Kolkata, your role involves leading and growing sales of wireless battery-powered CCTV cameras in the region. You will need a strong track record in consumer electronics, security devices, or smart home product sales, with experience in channel development, dealer acquisition, and target achievement. Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of Noorio wireless CCTV cameras through retail and distribution channels. - Identify and appoint distributors, dealers, and resellers in Kolkata and nearby regions. - Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical know-how to clients and channel partners. - Ensure effective market coverage and penetration in assigned areas. - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for stock, leads, and promotional activities. - Maintain accurate sales and client data using CRM tools. - Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable insights. Requirements: - Graduate or Diploma in Electronics, Marketing, or a related field. - 3 to 6 years of experience in sales of electronics, CCTV systems, home automation, or related hardware products. - Strong dealer/distributor network in Eastern India preferred. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Comfortable with field work and frequent travel within the region. - Ability to meet deadlines and sales targets under pressure. - Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone. Preferred: - Prior experience in selling battery-powered surveillance products, smart doorbells, or wireless cameras. - Familiarity with Kolkata and nearby territories. - Tech-savvy and able to understand IoT-enabled products.
