Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Source and acquire new customers through field visits, referrals, and networking in the open market.
Promote and sell
Home Loan
and
Loan Against Property (LAP)
products.
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate loan products.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets as defined by the management.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments for processing and disbursement of loans.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Branch Head on business performance.
