Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Promote and generate secondary sales at electrical shops.
Drive sales growth in the allocated territory.
Regularly visit 10 -15 counters per day, collect orders, and ensure timely product placement.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure brand visibility in the assigned markets.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and shop owners.

Preferred candidate profile

Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone.
Minimum 3 years of experience in
Sales/Distribution (preferably Electrical Trade)
.
Strong knowledge of local area and electrical counters.
Ability to achieve targets and handle field sales independently.
Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
