Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lucknow for a Sales Officer. The Sales Officer will actively engage in identifying potential customers, presenting suitable financial products, and managing end-to-end sales processes. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, providing excellent post-sales support, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The Sales Officer will also gather and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the company.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales and Business Development, including negotiation skills and customer acquisition abilities
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship Management skills
• Ability to analyze market trends, generate leads, and identify potential customer needs
• Time Management, Target-Oriented, and Organizational skills
• Experience in the financial services or NBFC sector is advantageous
• Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in local language and familiarity with the local market is a plus
