Job Description

Experience:

3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Desired Knowledge and skills:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for FMCG products
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the retailer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers Distributor Management and Retailer Management
Working knowledge of both Modern Trade and General Trade formats
Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities for strategic decision-making.
KRA:
Building and maintaining relationships with retailers and distributors
Developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets
Presenting product demos and training sessions
Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing and logistics, to ensure seamless delivery of products
Negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with Distibutors and retailers
Meeting sales targets and reporting on sales performance.
