Position Overview We are seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Officer to join our dynamic team. The Sales Officer will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in line with company objectives. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling, and networking. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, institutions, real estate communities, and corporate clients. Present and promote the company’s sports infrastructure solutions to potential customers. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct site visits, provide quotations, and follow up for closures. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM tools regularly. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in sales (preferably in construction, building materials, real estate, sports, or related sectors). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
