Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the western part of India and achieve sales target primarily in polymer products and industries.
• Conduct regular customer visits to build relationships, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
• Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable business deals and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convert leads into customers.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Western part of India.
  

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in Engineering Polymer Sales, particularly in the field of ABS, Polycarbonate etc & should be based in Ahmedabad
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Western part of India
• MBA in Marketing or Business Administration is preferred).
• Understanding of market research techniques and data analysis is preferred
