Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

MIS & Reporting:

Collect, compile, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data.
Prepare and distribute sales reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Monitor key metrics such as sales targets, achievements, lead status, and productivity.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems or CRM tools.
Automate and streamline reporting processes wherever possible.

Sales Coordination:

Act as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, finance).
Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and documents.
Coordinate with the sales team on order processing, client follow-ups, and lead tracking.
Schedule meetings, calls, and events as needed by the sales team.
Support sales campaigns, initiatives, and performance reviews.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
13 years of experience in a Sales MIS / Coordinator or similar support role.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts; Macros is a plus).
Experience with
CRM tools
and ERP software preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
