Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Merchandiser to join our team in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize business performance.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in sales or merchandising.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email handling.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with similar or FMCG industries is preferred.
