You will be expected to offer solutions that are tailored to meet client specifications and industry standards. Collaborating with engineering and design teams will be essential for providing technical sales support. You will work together to prepare accurate technical offers and assist clients in grasping product features such as protection schemes, SCADA integration, and automation compatibility. Handling technical queries, conducting product comparisons, and managing tender documentation will also be part of your role. Market analysis and strategy development will be crucial in your job. Monitoring market trends, competitor offerings, and customer behavior in the electrical panel segments will help you provide valuable feedback to product development teams. This feedback will assist in identifying customer needs and gaps in current offerings, ultimately supporting the development of pricing strategies and product positioning. Your responsibilities will also include marketing and promotion activities. You will be responsible for creating and executing marketing campaigns both online and offline to enhance brand visibility and promote the product range. Participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events will also be a part of your role. Additionally, you will be involved in developing brochures, case studies, and digital content showcasing technical expertise. Sales reporting and forecasting will be integral to your job. Maintaining records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and order closures using CRM tools will help you provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights to management. Meeting or exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets will be a key performance indicator. You will need to work closely with production, design, and after-sales teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
