Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales & Marketing - RM & Sr Manager at EPP Composites Pvt. Ltd. The primary responsibilities include managing customer relationships, driving sales strategies, leading the sales team, training staff, and providing exceptional customer service. The role requires developing and implementing marketing plans, analyzing market trends, and fostering new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduate/ Diploma with Sales specialization
• Proven track record & Experience in to EPC and EPCC customer base
• Strong knowledge with Engineering Consultant
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to train and mentor inter department teams effectively
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Self Driven Goal oriented Sales & Marketing professional
• Knowledge of the FRP/GRP industry is a plus
