We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and highly motivated professionals for senior-level roles in our Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidate will be a sales-driven leader with a proven track record in real estate or relevant high-ticket sectors like Banking, Finance, Insurance, Luxury Automobiles, or Wealth Management. This role demands excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills, with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
Identify potential customers and generate quality leads to drive project sales.
Handle end-to-end sales processes from inquiry to deal closure.
Develop and maintain strong broker/channel partner networks to maximize outreach and conversions.
Participate in and lead sales presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute impactful sales campaigns and strategies.
Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of sales records, MIS, and client databases.
Explore and penetrate local markets to increase project visibility and lead generation.
Conduct regular sales review meetings and provide performance reports to senior management.
Arrange and attend customer meetings, site visits, and events to build client relationships.
Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating the sales team.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth transaction processes.
Bachelors/PG degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
Proven experience in team management, sales planning, and business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High level of professionalism, honesty, and customer orientation.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Should be physically fit and capable of conducting field visits as required.
Must be a self-starter and result-oriented professional with a growth mindset.
