Sales & Marketing - Real Estate

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the

  end-to-end sales process

  for assigned residential and commercial projects.
• Generate leads via

  broker networks, channel partners

  , and

  direct marketing

  strategies.
• Conduct

  property presentations, site visits

  , and close negotiations with prospective buyers.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with

  clients, brokers, and HNI prospects

  .
• Collaborate with the

  marketing team

  to align promotional campaigns with sales goals.
• Monitor

  market trends

  , analyze

  competitor offerings

  , and integrate

  customer feedback

  into sales strategies.
• Consistently meet or exceed

  monthly and quarterly sales targets

  .
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless

  sales closures and project handovers

  .
• Maintain and present

  regular sales reports

  , pipeline updates, and conversion data.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–10 years

  of proven experience in

  real estate sales

  (residential and/or commercial).
• Strong communication,

  negotiation

  , and

  client management

  skills.
• Ability to work both

  independently and collaboratively

  in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience dealing with

  HNI clients

  and broker networks is highly preferred.

• Graduate degree is mandatory

  ; an

  MBA/PG in Marketing

  is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in

  CRM tools

  and

  MS Office Suite
