Sales & Marketing Manager -Tier2 & Aftermarket

Location: Village Zardakpur, Bahadurgarh‒Badli Road Industry: Automotive / heat treatment – surface treatment Engineering / Spare Parts (Differential gear box manufacturers)

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead and expand business across Aftermarket and Tier-2 Surface Treatment business (service industry), as well as Tier-1 and Tier-2 differential gearbox manufacturers. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and developing effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities Tier-1 and Tier-2 Sales

• Build and manage strong relationships with Tier-1 and Tier-2 automotive/OEM suppliers.
• Develop business opportunities for Differential Gear box Washers and Sheet Metal Parts
• Target surface treatment (Liquid nitriding and manganese phosphating customers) industry.
• Participate in RFQs, pricing discussions, and long-term supply agreements.
• Ensure compliance with customer quality standards and support NPD (New Product Development) initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams for seamless project execution.

Marketing & Strategy

• Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking platforms.
• Monitor industry trends to propose new product lines aligned with customer needs.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly MIS reports for senior management.
• Strengthen the company’ s digital presence through catalogues, product listings, and online platforms.

Key Skills & Competencies

· Proven experience in Tier-1 and Tier-2 / OEM supply chain and business development.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

· Knowledge of automobile spare parts, sheet metal, and engineering components. Heat treatment and surface treatment preferably

· Familiarity with IATF 16949 and customer quality standards (preferred)
Must be expert in ppt presentation

· Must be in 20 km radius from Bahadurgarh or ready to relocate

Qualification & Experience

· Diploma /B- tech from mechanical

• Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Engineering preferred.
• 10‒15 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Automobile / Engineering industry.
• Hands-on experience managing Tier-1 and Tier-2 business development and aftermarketgrowth. (surface treatment)
