Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business
• growth.
• Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and office interior projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and vendors.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies.
• Collaborate with the design team to prepare presentations and proposals for clients. Manage sales pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in marketing.
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in interior design or a related field.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
