Dr. Bakshi's Advanced Diagnostics LLP. Position - Sales & Marketing Manager Work Experience- 4 years + of experience in Hardcore Sales & marketing Location - Karol Bagh, New Delhi Qualifications - Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field. A Marketing Manager in a diagnostic center has a variety of responsibilities aimed at increasing brand visibility, attracting new patients, and ensuring a consistent flow of business. Here's a list of key job responsibilities for a Marketing Manager in a diagnostic center - 1) We need to hire someone who works with many doctors and Patients. 2) Great communication skills -Strong understanding of the healthcare market and the unique challenges. 3. Must have established relationships with the hospitals & Clinics. 4. Should personally know 50 doctors in South Delhi & Gurgaon. 5. Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs related to business development. 6. Track progress, maintain CRM systems, and provide regular reports on sales activity and pipeline development. 7. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive advantages in the diagnostic sector. 8. Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing materials for prospective clients. 9. Developing Marketing Strategies, Promoting Services, Community Engagement, Events and Seminars, Patient Testimonials, Patient Experience Management& Blogging, social media, and Internal Collaboration.
