Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales & Marketing Manager based in Mohali, India. The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team, developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing campaigns across digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and driving business growth. Additional tasks include conducting market research, client relationship management, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEO, SEM (Google Ads, Bing Ads), Social Media Marketing
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing, Email Campaigns, and Content Strategy
• Proven track record in Sales and Marketing Management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and develop performance metrics
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
