We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and expanding our dealer and distributor network while building strong, long-term relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a people-oriented approach, and the ability to create and maintain strategic business connections. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors to expand market reach Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and clients Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities Provide product training and support to dealers and distributors Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote the brand Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B or channel sales Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong networking abilities and a customer-first attitude Ability to travel as required for meetings and events Self-motivated with strong organizational and negotiation skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
