Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Marketing Manager at APFL, located in Noida. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales teams, and building customer relationships. The individual will also analyze market trends, coordinate promotional activities, create reports on sales performance, and identify new business opportunities. Collaboration with the product development team to tailor solutions that meet customer needs is also a key task.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Management and Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Experience in developing and executing Marketing Strategies and Campaigns
• Ability to analyze Market Trends and Data
• Proficiency in reporting and presenting Sales Performance metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site full-time in Noida
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the agricultural or fertilizer industry is a plus
