Sales & Marketing Head Real Estate

Role Overview:

As the Sales and Marketing Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive sales, generate qualified leads, enhance customer engagement and build a strong brand presence across our residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for new and ongoing residential projects
• Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Create marketing campaigns across digital, print and on-ground channels (ATL/BTL)
• Build and maintain a strong network of channel partners, brokers and real estate agents
• Drive lead generation through online platforms, real estate portals, social media and events
• Monitor CRM systems, analyze sales funnel data and ensure a high conversion rate
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to align offerings with demand trends
• Coordinate with internal teams (planning, construction, legal) to ensure customer satisfaction from inquiry to possession
• Represent the brand at real estate expos, local events and buyer meets

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field (MBA preferred)

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate sales and marketing

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets for residential projects

• Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills

• Experience in digital marketing and real estate CRM tools

• Deep knowledge of the Indore real estate market and customer psyche
