Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Head to drive revenue growth and lead our sales efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing sales, excellent client conversion skills, and the ability to develop high-impact marketing strategies to attract and retain clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a strategic sales & marketing plan to achieve revenue targets. Identify and convert potential clients for SEO, Performance Marketing, PPC, and eCommerce solutions. Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored digital marketing solutions. Generate and nurture leads through networking, digital campaigns, and industry events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales presentations and proposals. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry. Track sales performance and provide insights to optimize conversion strategies. Requirements: Proven experience in digital marketing sales & client conversion. Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Performance Marketing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to develop and execute result-oriented sales & marketing strategies. Experience in B2B sales and closing high-ticket deals is a plus.
