Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Female field Sales Executive to join our team for sales of Self Adhesive Labels and Security Holograms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, product demonstrations, and consistent follow-ups. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify prospective clients.
• Visit customers in the field to present products/services and close sales.
• Schedule and attend client meetings, presentations, and product demos.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure sales conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and sales activities.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to the management team.
• Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in field sales or direct sales is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle cold calling and convert leads into customers.
• Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to achieve results.
