Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing cum Office Administrator to handle both marketing coordination and administrative functions. The role involves managing communications, supporting a small engineering team, coordinating between two sites, and maintaining customer relationships. This is a hybrid position, requiring occasional travel to client sites or branch offices. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and support sales and marketing activities. Manage email communications with customers and vendors. Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, reports, and office coordination. Supervise and assist a small team of 4–5 engineers. Address customer queries and ensure timely responses. Support business development efforts — incentives available for new business generation. Oversee coordination between two company sites. Prepare and maintain sales records, reports, and meeting follow-ups. Required Skills: Office Administration Sales Coordination Customer Communication Team Management Email Correspondence Office Operations Sales Negotiation / Closure Time Management and Multitasking Qualifications: Preferred in Business, Administration, or related field. 3–7 years of experience in sales coordination, office administration, or similar roles. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and email management. Other Details: Work Mode: Hybrid (Office + Occasional Site Visits) Travel: Required but very rare Incentives: Based on new business generation Team Size: 4–5 engineers reporting
