The QA and Marketing Assistant will oversee the final quality assurance of bags before dispatch, ensure secure and traceable packaging, and support the company’s marketing and lead generation activities. This versatile role bridges operations and business growth, requiring attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and creative marketing execution. Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Dispatch Management • Inspect finished bag products before dispatch to ensure quality standards and specifications are met. • Verify proper packing, labeling, and sealing for each batch ready for shipment. • Confirm QR code pasting, date marking, and dispatch documentation accuracy. • Coordinate with the factory and logistics team for on-time deliveries and client order fulfillment. Documentation & Communication • Prepare daily quality control reports and inspection templates. • Maintain dispatch logs and client communication records in email and digital systems. • Design and update product flyers or presentation material as required. • Handle email interactions with clients, vendors, and internal teams professionally. Marketing & Business Development • Research and identify potential leads, distributors, or retail clients for business expansion. • Support digital and offline marketing initiatives, including social media postings, catalog creation, and participation in exhibitions. • Assist in preparing quotations, promotional content, and business proposals. • Collaborate with management to develop new business strategies and promotional campaigns.
