Sales Marketing Executive

As a Sales & Marketing Executive at Urban Nest Housings Pvt Ltd, your role will involve generating sales leads, conducting site visits, and driving sales for real estate projects in Bhubaneswar. Your proactive and customer-focused approach, along with excellent communication skills, will be key in exceeding customer expectations and contributing to the company's success. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and generate potential leads through various channels such as online platforms, networking events, referrals, and cold calling. - Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand the customer base. - Conduct site visits with potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits of the properties. - Build strong relationships with customers, address their queries and concerns, and negotiate and close sales deals. - Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, participating in promotional events, exhibitions, and property launches. - Prepare and submit regular sales reports, maintain accurate records of sales activities, and ensure compliance with company policies. - Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve issues and complaints, and build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of the Bhubaneswar real estate market. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. - Valid driver's license and own vehicle preferred. - Local language proficiency is a must.
