Executive (Sales & Marketing)

Job location : Ghana, West Africa.

Industry : Flexible Packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

Major Responsibilities

? Can make regular follow-up with customer for due payments and can-do reconciliation with customers on regular basis.

? Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

? Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools

? Handling customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-ups.

? Identify and develop new business opportunities.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

? Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions.

? Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales reports as needed.

? Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

? Maintain and update customer records, price lists, and order / sample tracking.

? Support in resolving client complaints and queries professionally and promptly.

? Track order status and share regular updates with customers.

? Maintain accurate filing of sales documents and correspondence.

? Assist in market research and competitor analysis for sales planning.

? Help with preparation of sales presentations.

Qualifications & Skills:

? Bachelor's degree (any field)

? 25 years of sales experience, preferably in flexible packaging industry.

? Proven sales track record.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT etc.)

? Basic knowledge of SAP.

? Africa market experience (Preferred)
