Role Description:

Location: Devanahalli, Bangalore

Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Experience Required: 1-2 Years

Salary Range : 20K

Industry: MEP Consultancy / Construction / Engineering Services.

Role Overview :

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to support our business development team in managing client databases, generating new leads, preparing offers, coordinating with field executives, and following up with clients. The role requires strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Database & Lead Generation

? Segregate and maintain client database sector-wise and pin code-wise.

? Collect and update new client data from the internet, Google, Sales SQL, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

? Share relevant client data with field executives daily for visits and follow-ups.

2. Sales Coordination & CRM Management

? Collect reports from field executives, validate the information, and update CRM records.

? Maintain offers, quotations, and follow-up details systematically in the CRM portal.

? Ensure data accuracy and timely updates for management review.

3. Marketing Communication & Proposals

? Draft and share company profiles, presentations, and brochures with clients via email/WhatsApp.

? Prepare and send offers/quotations to clients with proper approvals, keeping management & finance teams in CC.

? Follow up with clients for negotiation and finalization of offers.

4. Business Development Support

? Conduct market research to identify potential sectors, competitors, and business opportunities.

? Assist in preparing promotional content, marketing campaigns, and presentations.

? Support management with sales reports, lead analytics, and market insights.

5. Client Relationship Management

? Maintain professional communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships.

? Coordinate internally with design, finance, and project teams for timely client support.

? Ensure smooth handover of finalized orders to execution teams.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Compensation & Benefits

? Starting Salary: ?20,000 per month (during probation).

? Post-Probation (after 6 months): 25% salary hike + Performance Bonus of 1.5% on confirmed order bookings.

Qualifications & Skills Required

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

? 12 years of relevant experience in sales/marketing preferred (Freshers with strong skills may also apply).

? Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English and regional language.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic CRM software.

? Strong organizational, multitasking, and follow-up skills.

? Result-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.
