Sales & Marketing Executive

We are seeking energetic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team as Sales Executives. As a Sales Executive, you will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role necessitates exceptional communication abilities, comprehensive product knowledge, and adeptness in closing deals efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales prospects through cold calling, networking, and market research. - Cultivate and uphold strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business. - Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers. - Tailor sales presentations and proposals to client requirements. - Negotiate contracts and secure sales to meet or surpass targets. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline using the CRM system. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order execution and customer satisfaction. - Stay informed on product knowledge, market trends, and competitors. - Provide management with feedback on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Qualifications: - Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets in a similar capacity. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively. - Willingness to travel as necessary.
